just the past few days

it is almost spring so flowers are sprouting, cats are jumping and all kinds of twitterpatedness is everywhere. well, almost everywhere. fast cycling mood swings make this all even more beautiful, heartbreaking and overwhelming. more about that in the basement.
in other news: check out these flowers!

and this bird-in-progress!

other exciting things worth mentioning? swim'robix with billie and emily! i love the chlorine smell- reminds me of high school co-ed swim class. you couldn't get out of it even if you were ahem-ing. 5 hours later if you licked your hand it still smelled like that pool. jerks like bj turner spitting off the diving board and those lights! i love those lights.

milton above, esther below. both with e's amazing dollfriends! there is something about milton that i really am in love with. i haven't had a catcrush like this maybe ever. i feel shy when i see him and i just want to grab him up in hugs and love but he is so buzy with his catfriend esther and he would probably think i am a fool anyway. so i just try to play it cool like, you know, whatever.

then d. with buster and leather everywhere:

and em with buster. he learned this awful thing where he jumps onto you from wherever he wants. like the ground. it is like he throws himself to you like is a football. it is kind of awful, embarassing and potentially dangerous. i think he thinks it is cute. some who will not be named reward his bad behaviour with candy and new shoes and trips to the arcade. thanks a lot you guys.

ps i turned 29. it was ok. i spent the day anxious and freaked but surrounded by people i love who could tell something was weird but know me well enough to ask later. we made shrinky dinks. i made the best one ever for myself. the best one ever is, as i was reminded, the oceanology defense exam mobile. hopefully it is still available for photographing. it is pretty spectacular. this other one, though, is an animal in a land on a sunny/cloudy day. i will find it and post pictures soon, hopefully.
